In this class, you will be experiencing all the fun of decorating your own cupcakes and some other treats of your choice. We will also learn how to color the buttercream and use modern piping techniques with different kinds of nozzles, as well as how to create beautiful fondant toppers for the final touch. Ingredients will be provided by me. I do ask that each home provides a stand mixer of any kind for making buttercream and mixing of cake batters. There is an additional transportation fee for all sessions. Fees are waived for homes within a 5 mile radius of Elegant Treats Bakery 1st Location. (405 Corner Square Plaza). This charge is based on the address of consultation. 6-15 miles $25; 16- 23 miles $35; 24-30 miles $45 At this time we are not taking any sessions outside of 30 miles.

You will learn about different types of frosting and just exactly what shape or design each of those dozens of pastry tips can create! When time permits itself, we will also cover fondant, fondant tools, and much more. Cake and cupcakes will be baked before class so we can focus on decorating!
